Emission Filters in the Zeiss LSM 510 META
PMT 2
LP 505, LP 560, LP 615, LP 650.
Long Pass (FP) filters transmit all wavelengths (in nm) longer than the designated cutoff.
BP 505 - 530, BP 505 - 550, BP 530 - 600, BP 560 - 615.
Band Pass (BP) filters transmit all wavelengths (in nm) between the designated cutoffs.
PMT 3
LP 420, LP 475, LP 505.
BP 420 - 480, BP 470 - 500, BP 505 - 530, BP 505 - 570.
When imaging a single fluorophore, use PMT2 if possible.
When imaging multiple fluorophores, the shorter wavelength emission will be directed to PMT 3 and the longer wavelength emission will be directed to PMT2.
