1-10-2011 The 100X objective is on loan. Let Greg know if you need the 100X.

4-28-08 The 2-photon laser that was part of the Leica SP1 confocal has been sold and removed. If you have been using this laser to image DAPI-labeled Nuclei, you will need to switch to a different dye. I recommend ToPro-3, which can be excited with the 633 nm laser.

THE LEICA SP1 CONFOCAL HAS GONE OFF SERVICE CONTRACT PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
