The Kelly Lab’s research interests are in the development of preclinical models (ex vivo and in vivo) of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism. Current projects include microphysiological systems aka organ-on-a-chip (kidney and liver) to model human disease and predictive toxicity testing of drugs and xenobiotics.
