Improving Cervical Cancer Screening among HIV-Positive Women Using p16/Ki-67

This study will examine the performance of p16/Ki67 as a cervical cancer screening method to detect cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2/3+ among HIV-positive women while assessing its interaction with ART exposure, immune status, and age.
