Long Term Efficacy of Pediatric HAART

The first aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of simple medication diaries on adherence and clinical outcomes following initiation of highly active antiretroviral therapy in HIV infected children.  The second aim is to define clinical and virologic outcomes of using highly active antiretroviral therapy in HIV infected Kenyan children over a 5–year period.
