The Effect of HAART on Antibody Responses to Measles and Tetanus Immunizations among Kenyan HIV-1 Infected Children

Time Period: 07/01/05 Р01/31/07In a cohort of 100 HIV-1 infected children initiating highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), this study will determine antibody responses to measles and tetanus vaccination and explore immune mechanisms underlying defective responses before and after 6 months of HAART and immune reconstitution.
