The University of Washington (UW) Reference Laboratory was created to allow hospitals and ambulatory practices outside UW to easily use our extensive array of laboratory services. The UW Department of Laboratory Medicine has the largest menu of laboratory tests in Washington State and the finest testing facilities in the United States.
