Coagulation Factor Assays [F2, F5, F7, F8, F9, F10, F11, F12]

Methodology: Stago STA Clottable Factor assays

Patients on hirudin (Refludan) and argatroban (Novastan) may show prolonged clotting times due to the direct thrombin inhibition. This may cause an under-estimation of the factor concentrations.
