Q: Who should attend?

Anyone within the UW community who works with technology, including anyone involved with but not limited to: IT support, development, data analysis, infrastructure support, strategic IT planning, enterprise architecture, business analysis, project management, quality assurance, user experience, content management, data management, security, research, system administration, service management, eScience, cloud computing, desktop support.


Q: Do I need to register to attend?

No pre-registration is required. Please bring your Husky Card so we can track attendance and so you will receive an announcement for session materials and the conference survey.


Q: Why should I bring a device?

The consulting/demo lab and some of the talks are in the Active Learning Classrooms. These rooms are set up with a large monitor at each table and personal devices can be attached to the monitor to share with the table, or the entire room. Share your ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and get help by working together on real-life problems.


Q: Can I attend any part of the day?

Yes, you are welcome to attend any portion of the conference you wish.


Q: Is there a registration fee?

No, there is no fee to attend.



Q: What are coffee and/or lunch options?

The event is taking place during UW’s Spring Break so there are limited options for coffee/lunch. The following places will be open:
