Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities 
 
VISION A world in which all children with neurodevelopmental disabilities and other special health care needs will achieve their full potential.

MISSION Serve as a center of excellence in leadership training that prepares the next generation of policy makers, faculty, clinicians and researchers to lead the maternal and child health work force in realizing the vision.

The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program at the University of Washington (UW LEND) is based at the Center on Human Development and Disability, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD).
