Responsibilities: Kathleen (Kathy) Watson is the LEND Family Discipline Leader. Kathy represents the LEND program on the AUCD Family Discipline Workgroup. She is also on the LEND Interdisciplinary Training Committee and the Interdisciplinary Management Committee as a family representative. As is the parent of an adult daughter who has Angelman Syndrome, Kathy is a member of the Arc of Washington and the Parent Coalition of King County. She on the Board of Directors of both the Arc of Washington and the Arc of King County as well as the Board of Directors for her daughter's group home. Kathy is available to Family Discipline Trainees for mentoring as well as to other discipline trainees for family-related information and resources.
