Responsibilities: Susan Ramage is Discipline Leader for Nursing. She coordinates leadership curricula and training activities in nursing activities and supervises nursing fellows. She is responsible for coordination with the Haring Center-Experimental Education Unit and Seattle Children's Hospital regarding nursing and interdisciplinary training and provides liaison with the MCHB Nursing Training Project. She participates in core and leadership seminars as a presenter and discussant, as well as in the interdisciplinary clinical training. She provides technical assistance to other MCH-funded programs. She is the coordinator for the UW LEND Families as Menters Program (FAM).

     
Sophie Lu

Responsibilities: Sophie Lu, MN, PPCNP-BC, ARNP is a Developmental Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the Center on Human Development and Disability (CHDD). She was a LEND fellow in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Nursing from the University of Washington. She has a Bachelorís degree in Political Science and Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley. She is the Clinical Director for the Late and Moderate Preterm Babies (LAMBs) clinic. She also evaluates children in the Child Development Clinic (CDC), the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Clinic (CNC), the Down Syndrome Specialty Clinic (DSSC), and the Infant Development Follow-Up Clinic (IDFC).
