Responsibilities: Cristine Trahms is the Nutrition Discipline Leader. She coordinates the leadership curriculum and training activities in nutrition. She is responsible for CE/TA activities, including Assuring Pediatric Nutrition in the Community and the Western Regional MCH Distance Learning Network and she participates in the Pacific West LEND Consortium. She is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Pediatrics and a member of the University of Washington Nutritional Sciences Core Faculty. Her clinical responsibilities include Program Director and Nutritionist with the UW Phenylketonuria (PKU) Clinic and Nutritionist for the Biochemical Genetics Clinic. She participates in the Core Seminar series as a presenter and discussant. She is a member of the National PKU News Board of Trustees and member and medical advisor for the PKU Action Group.

Responsibilities: Sharon Feucht supervises nutrition trainees in the LEND curriculum and her clinical responsibilities include Child Development Clinic. She is the Project Director of the Nutrition Services for Children with Special Health Care Needs contract from the state Title V agency, providing training for the CSHCN Nutrition Network and Community Feeding Teams. She is the editor of Nutrition Focus Newsletter for Children with Special Health Care Needs. She also supervises nutrition trainees at Holly Ridge Developmental Center and Dynamic Family Services as a nutrition consultant. |

Responsibilities: Beth Ogata has worked on a number of distance learning projects, and has developed several self-study, web-based curricula, including "Nutrition for CSHCN," "Nutrition & Oral Health For Children," and "First Steps Nutrition Modules." She is involved with Assuring Pediatric Nutrition in the Community as co-chair of the annual conference and as a consultant. She supervises nutrition trainees in the PKU Clinic and Biochemical Genetics Clinic, and also at the Kindering Center, an early intervention center in Bellevue.
