Responsibilities: Dr. Kathleen Lehman is an Attending Psychologist for the CHDD Child Development Clinic (CDC), the Infant Development Follow-Up Clinic (IDFC), and the Cardiac Neurodevelopmental Clinic (CNC). As a part of the CDC interdisciplinary team, she supervises and conducts psychological evaluations of children and adolescents with suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities and provides verbal and written feedback to families regarding diagnosis and treatment recommendations. As member of IDFC and CNC teams, Dr. Lehman supervises and administers developmental assessments to give families both verbal and written information regarding their child’s developmental risk factors related to being born premature or with complex congenital cardiac defects, respectively. Dr. Lehman has over 25 years experience working in the field of developmental disabilities. She is a LEND alumni and the UW LEND Psychology Discipline Leader. She provides intensive, one-on-one supervision of the UW LEND psychology postdoctoral fellows. She also provides consultation to the UW LEND self-advocate faculty member and her mentor. Dr. Lehman is passionate about providing training in the area of interdisciplinary care in the field of neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Responsibilities: Sonja Kottke, PhD is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the CHDD Child Development Clinic (CDC) and mentors UW LEND fellows. The CDC provides multidisciplinary assessment of suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities in children and adolescents. The team collaboratively provides feedback to families regarding diagnosis and treatment recommendations, and each team provides a written assessment, including summary and recommendations. Dr. Kottke conducts psychological evaluations and testing that may include assessment of cognitive, academic, social, adaptive, behavior, and neurocognitive skills.

Responsibilities: Dr. Susan Toth Patiejunas is an Attending Psychologist for the CHDD Child Development Clinic (CDC). As part of the CDC team, she conducts psychological evaluations of children with suspected neurodevelopmental disabilities (focusing on cognitive, social/emotional, behavioral, and academic skills) and provides verbal and written feedback to parents/families regarding diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Dr. Toth Patiejunas is also responsible for providing intensive, one-on-one supervision of the UW LEND psychology postdoctoral fellows.
