The Individualized Leadership Training Plan (ILTP) is your personal map for tracking progress toward meeting the UW LEND training requirements. By completing the ILTP you will:
- Assure that you meet the UW LEND training competencies.
- Successfully develop quarterly personal learning objectives.
- With the guidance of your faculty mentor, prepare personal learning objectives by the start of each academic quarter. This will help assure that you meet all of the UW LEND training requirements.
- Meet with your UW LEND faculty mentor at least once during each academic quarter. Review your success accomplishing your personal learning objectives and establish new and/or revised learning objectives. Mark off your completed activities on the ILTP.
- Maintain a working copy of your ILTP in a Word document file on your personal computer. At the end of each quarter attach a copy of your most recent ILTP working document to your UW LEND ePortfolio.
- At the end of your UW LEND training, prepare reflective statements describing your learning, experiences, and accomplishments for each of the 8 LEND competencies.
- Submit a copy of your completed ILTP to Sally Stuart, UW LEND Training Director, upon graduation from the UW LEND
