Originally designed by researchers and specialists in aging at the University of Washington in Seattle, the Lifetime Fitness Program has evolved into an easy-to-implement, turn-key fitness program aimed directly at the senior market. Unlike most exercise programs currently offered in health clubs and fitness centers, the Lifetime Fitness Program is based on measurable results and backed by research.

In addition, this program...

 • Builds Traffic During Off-Peak Hours Many seniors have flexible schedules, enabling you to offer classes outside peak hours.

 • Gains Repeat Clientele and Client Referrals 99.4% of our participants say they would recommend us to a friend–perfect for growing your client base.

 • Is Easy to Implement We’ve designed the Program for easy adaptation to your facility with very low start up cost.

 • Is Continually Refined  Receive ongoing support through our annual instructor evaluations, e-mail discussion group, updates and program enhancements.

The Lifetime Fitness Program was recently named "one of ten exemplary physical activity programs for older adults in the U.S." by the National Council on Aging.
