What Makes a Leader Great?
Great leaders are authentic and inspire, acknowledge, and respect those who follow them. Shortly put, “a good leader is a person who takes a little more than his share of the blame and a little less than his share of the credit.” —John Maxwell

What is Your Leadership Style?
I prefer to lead by influence rather than authority. My style is transparent, and I like to delegate responsibilities according to people’s strengths and interests in order for the team to be the most effective it can be while remaining a team that people are happy to be a part of.

What Inspires You to Lead Others?
I am inspired by vision to create something meaningful, advocacy for the people I want to help, and solidarity for the people I want to work with me to make it all happen.
