What Makes a Leader Great?
I believe a great leader is a person who puts the team’s success before their personal gain. A strong leader encourages others to develop their skills, achieve their goals, and become leaders themselves. Successful leaders seek opportunities to empower those they work with.

What is Your Leadership Style?
I am a task-oriented leader. I believe in the power of effective organization and incorporate this into my leadership style. During collaborative opportunities, I proactively lead members of the group toward a collective plan of action, and determine the best execution of the plan. Once the plan is in motion, I support the team through encouragement, time management, and problem-solving.

What Inspires You to Lead Others?
What inspires me about leadership is the ability to serve others. It gives me great fulfillment to lead a team to success and have them look back and realize that they have grown while accomplishing something meaningful. Through leadership, I can help others achieve their dreams. This gives me great satisfaction and inspires me.
