What Makes a Leader Great?
A great leader is the best listener in the room; they find a way to make everyone feel involved in the project and they create a positive environment for people to be flexible, effective, and creative in.
What is Your Leadership Style?
I tend to lead by example. I try to make choices that help improve/make easier the working environment for coworkers and myself. I lead by actively participating in what I am working on, doing what I say I will, and always taking into consideration others thoughts and opinions. I try to make sure everyone is always included in the process.
What Inspires You to Lead Others?
Leading is a service meant to improve, change, define, and or excel a group of people with a goal. It is a service industry meant to help others. If I can help others learn to listen to a new perspective I feel I have broadened their world, therefore giving them the option to open a new door for themselves or someone else.
