As Managing Director, CEO, and Founder of Level 11, Mark Hadland provides the leadership for market positioning and strategy, business development, service and solution offerings, client delivery, and quality oversight. Mark is a seasoned executive, with more than 25 years of experience in the technology and consulting industries. He has an established track record of delivering large-scale complex programs and rescuing challenged projects, repairing client relationships, solving technology problems, addressing organizational issues, and growing businesses.
Mark began his career while working on his degree in electrical engineering at the University of Washington, gaining experience with the Department of Defense, Microsoft, and Puget Sound Energy. Mark then worked for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for more than 13 years, leading companies such as Microsoft, Sony, Amgen, Electronic Arts, Carrefour, McGraw Hill, and Harrahs in planning, designing, and implementing IT platforms for financial processes and operations, CRM, manufacturing and reporting, and online gaming.
After leaving Accenture, Mark co-founded GoldStrike Capital, a global gaming management, technology, and services company. He then worked at Cisco Systems, where he developed strategic relationships with C-level executives and drove Cisco product and technology preference, and he later served as the lead executive for CGI Technologies responsible for management, leadership, and business development for the greater Seattle area.
Mark has a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
