What Makes a Leader Great?
A great leader knows how to be a great servant. They know how to put the need of the people they serve above their own, and they know how to use their own gifts and abilities to benefit others. They are confident and courageous in upholding their values, but also humble, always willing to learn from others as well admit as their own mistakes.

What is Your Leadership Style?
I like to be down in the trenches with the people I’m leading, working side by side on projects and building personal relationships. I know what it feels like to be cast aside, and so I try to pull the best out of those around me, which means taking the time to encourage them and listen to their ideas. I am also a very action based leader; I like to see things getting done and time being used effectively, and so I tent to take the reins if a situation gets too chaotic.

What Inspires You to Lead Others?
I like to see visions realized, goals reached, and dreams fulfilled, and I am inspired by the people who work hard to make those things happen. When people come together and accomplish something great, that’s something that should be celebrated, and if there’s something I can do to help make that happen, then dammit, I’m going to stand up and do it.
