What Makes a Leader Great?
Humility. A great leader is first and foremost a true servant. They genuinely care about the people they lead and are responsible for. Because of this that they are admired and respected, and can influence others. When this leader “leads”, people follow not because they have to, but because they want to.
What is Your Leadership Style?
I lean towards two leadership styles: Transformational Leadership and Relational Leadership. I always find myself energizing and motivating the team. I enjoy creating that enthusiasm. I believe that synergy and motivation are imperative when a group or organization needs to get something done, and that real success can only be achieved when people are passionate. It is also equally important for a team to support each other, encourage each other, and make each other look good.
What Inspires You to Lead Others?
Jesus inspires me to lead others. Whether you’re a believer or not, I think you can agree with me that Jesus was one of the greatest leaders in human history. Kings have come and gone, presidents have come and gone, nations have come and gone… but even after thousands of years have passed, there are still followers of Jesus. He alone is my standard for great leadership. He was a passionate, caring, charismatic, influential, transformational, powerful, and humble leader. Jesus changed the world.
