CEO, Krempl Communications
Stephen Krempl is the President of Krempl Communications International (KCI). Through KCI, he engages in his passions of speaking, authoring, and consulting. His work has given him the opportunity to work with many learning organizations across the globe. He created the “three screen” presentation system called TriZenter™. This Technology makes it easy for one person to run a multimedia presentation that stimulates learning and retention of the material presented.
Previous to that, he was the Vice President of Global Learning at Starbucks Coffee Company. The role required the creation and implementation of an extensive learning strategy for the 140,000 partners and 12,800 stores operating in 37 countries that enabled the planned and systematic growth of the brand across the globe.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Stephen worked for Fortune 500 companies YUM Brands, PepsiCo, and Motorola. He was also a consultant at the Singapore Institute of Managements. Stephen’s senior training and education roles in these companies have enabled him to participate in the development and training of leaders in 25 countries.
YUM Brands operates 34,000 restaurants with 850,000 employees in over 100 countries for quick service restaurant brands KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver, and A & W.
At PepsiCo Restaurants International, he developed a training system for the Asia division.
At Motorola, the group designed, developed, and converted several hundred hours of Motorola curriculum for the Singapore Government. He also headed a team that built an external consulting unit in Southeast Asia to support customers and suppliers of Motorola with Motorola’s Quality Curriculum.
He has spoken at conferences and conventions around the world, and has run training programs and spoken in many countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australasia.

He has been associated with major professional organizations and served as President of the Association of Psychological Type, Singapore, Vice President of Asian Regional Training and Development Organizations (ARTDO), and is now a member of the National Speakers Association and American Society for Training and Development in the US. He was included in WHO’S WHO INTERNATIONAL (2000) and received numerous internal awards at YUM and PepsiCo. He instructed as adjunct faculty at University of London and Royal Melbourne Institute of Techology (RMIT).
Stephen’s hobbies include writing books and furthering presentation technology. Drawing upon his extensive training experience, he has developed and patented a new presentation system called TriZenter™ that allows an individual with a single computer to display a multimedia presentation using three projectors or other display devices to increase interest, retention, and recall of the information displayed.
