Mindfulness for Healthy Living, Hall Health Mental Health Clinic
Winter Quarter: January 19 – March 8, 2016
Thursdays 1-3PM

Designed for people who want to change maladaptive behavior patterns and/or learn to manage stressors and improve life balance. The group sessions will focus primarily on mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices aimed at learning and practicing skills for healthy everyday living.

Sober Support Group, Hall Health Mental Health Clinic
Ongoing/Continuous
Fridays 3-4:30PM

Drop-in group for those interested in discussing their relationship to alcohol and supporting themselves and others in a move towards a more sober lifestyle.
