The developing facilities and services at the LLC include:
- Two new digital labs: Self-Study and E-Classroom
- High-speed Internet 2 (1 Gbps connection)
- High-quality digital audio and video
- Online and lab-based courseware
- Infrastructure changes which allow new possibilities: Video conferencing, online digital conversion of satellite downloads, audio conferencing
