Getting started on Windows 2000

Windows 2000 includes Lucida Sans Unicode, which includes the IPA characters. Arial Unicode MS is a downloadable full Unicode font (≈65,000 characters), including IPA.
Most Windows 2000 applications, including Word 2000 and Internet Explorer 5.5, support Unicode.
Windows 2000 does not include an input method for IPA characters.
