Harborview Medical Center, the Kitsap County Health District, and the Washington State Department of Health have opened a satellite HIV clinic in Bremerton, Washington.
The clinic will address the health care needs of HIV infected persons who reside in Kitsap and neighboring counties where access to HIV providers is limited. Currently, almost 300 persons are reported diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in Kitsap County.
The clinic is located in the Health District’s offices at the Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th Street, Suite 300, operates on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is staffed by Drs. Robert Harrington, Shireesha Dhanireddy, Brian Wood and Nina Kim. Betty Ridge, Lauren Fanning and Lisa Linden provide on-site case-management.
