Immunization Database

As you may or may not be aware, we have a record of Madison pt immunizations on an "Immunization tracker" which is housed on a shared drive (s) called Hemingway.

Until we are able to obtain the resources to input the immunization data into ORCA you now all should have access to Hemingway to look up immunization records as needed. You can do this by:

1. Clicking on the icon listed as "My computer" on the desktop.
2. Double click on Madison$ on Hemingway
3. Go to the access program (key icon) entitled Immunization Tracker
4. Hit "Enter or view pt records"
5. Enter the H # of pt, hit enter, and the record will come up.
6. If you want a print out, you can hit "View patient history" and you will get a record of all immunizations which you can then print.

As I mentioned, we will work on having someone input the immunization database onto ORCA but will probably not do that until after the first of the year. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I will be adding more providers in the next few weeks.
