OB Referral

Pregnant patients will continue to receive comprehensive interdisciplinary care including case management (NWFC, Madison, UW, other services) and HIV infant diagnosis management at UW.

Care options for HIV infected pregnant patients include seeing Dr Jane Hitti at the UW (preferred), or for women who want to stay at HMC, referral to Dr. Linda Eckert or Dr. Susan Reed at the HMC Women’s Clinic with consultation from Dr Hitti.

Dr Hitti is also happy to see pre-conceptional counseling patients (HIV-infected women) at UW. Patients with other gynecologic issues that cannot be addressed by providers at the Madison Clinic would be better served at the HMC Women's Clinic .
