Scheduling

Diana Molano is in charge of scheduling. Twice a year, she will prompt you about scheduling clinic for upcoming 6-month block. Please return the schedule within two weeks of receipt, or you may get scheduled according to previous preferences. The contact e-mail for scheduling is madsched@u.washington.edu. To change your schedule once it has been set, e-mail Diana at the above address. It is the provider’s responsibility to make changes 2 weeks prior to the day in question.
