Communication of Vacation or Illness
Providers need to communicate clearly with Dega regarding clinic absences. In addition to arranging coverage with colleagues you need to keep the front desk & nursing staff in the loop. There are consequences across the board when information is not communicated.
If calling in sick < 24 hours before a session – need to email and call in:

It is preferred that you talk to live person to ensure the message has gotten through.
