COMMENCEMENT: Saturday, June 13th. Marshals should be in place by 12:00 p.m.

We suggest that you print them and bring them with you to the rehearsal and on commencement day.. If you have any difficulties please contact our office at marshals@u.washington.edu. Each marshal group has a team captain that will be available at the rehearsal to answer questions regarding these instructions. Your team captain is Norm Arkans, Lead Lining Up Marshal.

To do on Commencement Day:
Further information on ceremony procedures, parking, guest tickets, security/entering the stadium, and apparel can be found on the faculty page.
- Wear your academic apparel or change in the Conibear Shellhouse.
- Bring ID for gaining entrance to the stadium or lining up areas.
- College Marshals are requested to check in at the Conibear Shellhouse beginning at 11:00 a.m. but no later than 12:00 p.m. This will give us time to find replacements in the event of an emergency. A continental breakfast will be served. Office of Ceremonies staff will remain on site during the ceremony and for 30 minutes following the conclusion of the ceremony.
- Report to the faculty entrance at either the Dempsey Indoor Practice Field or the Outdoor Practice Field as indicated on your Instructions and Diagrams.
