REHEARSAL: Thursday, June 11th, 1:00 p.m., Husky Stadium, Don James Center
COMMENCEMENT: Saturday, June 13th. Marshals should be in place by 12:00 p.m.

Each marshal group has a team captain that will be available at the rehearsal to answer questions regarding these instructions.

- Students lining up on the northeast (by School and College)
- Students lining up on the southeast (by School and College)
- Pick up your credentials at the Credential Booth in front of Husky Stadium.
The following items will be mailed to you:
- Parking Pass (if previously requested)
- Guest Tickets (if previously requested)

Further information on ceremony procedures, parking, guest tickets, security/entering the stadium, and apparel can be found on the faculty page.
- Wear your academic appare if you are the lead lining up marshal and expect to sit on the stage or change in the Conibear Shellhouse.
- Bring ID for gaining entrance to the stadium or lining up areas.
- Commencement Marshals are requested to check in at the Conibear Shellhouse beginning at 11:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m. This will give us time to find replacements in the event of an emergency. A continental breakfast will be served. Office of Ceremonies staff will remain on site during the ceremony and for 30 minutes following the conclusion of the ceremony.
- Report to the faculty entrance at either the Dempsey Indoor Practice Field or the Outdoor Practice Field as indicated on your Instructions and Diagrams.
