Commencement at CenturyLink Field this year will involve some significant changes, so please read your instructions carefully (linked below) and please attend the rehearsal. We suggest that you print your instructions and bring them with you to the rehearsal and on Commencement Day. The principal changes involve the student line up areas, which will be located in the CenturyLink Event Center, directly south of CenturyLink Field (see Location Map), and the procession into the stadium. The procession will begin at the south end of CenturyLink Field and move towards the stage at the north end (see your instructions). "Westend" marshals will be positioned in front of the stage. Students will be seated beginning with the rows closest to the stage and continuing back; but they will approach those rows from the front of the seating section, not the back.  Each marshal group will have a team captain who will be available at the rehearsal and on Commencement Day to answer questions regarding these instructions.

On Commencement Day, all marshals should enter at the Marshal Entrance, located at the southeast corner of the Event Center, as shown on the Location Map. Access to the areas you will need to get to will be very difficult from any other entrance so please use the Marshal Entrance. Take the elevator near the Marshal Entrance to the second level, where the marshal check-in area and the brunch will be located. Those taking the shuttle from campus will be dropped off at this entrance. Those not taking the shuttle will need to find their way to this entrance. We strongly suggest that marshals take the shuttle, if at all possible.
