ASM Materials Day Camp Seattle We intend to keep parents informed of camp events and activities. Below is a list of important information for parents. Please check back to this web page in the weeks prior to and during camp to get more up to date information. Graduation Ceremony Parents are invited to lunch, student presentations and the graduation ceremony on Saturday, July 15th, at the Mueller Hall courtyard on the University of Washington campus. Time to be announced. Forms and Signatures Camp attendees were sent a packet that included "Liability Release and Emergency Contact," "Code of Personal Conduct" and "Acceptance Reply" forms. These forms must be signed by students and parents and returned to: Kathleen Elkins If you have not yet signed and returned these form, please do so as soon as possible.
