Back to Case study
Die casting Lesson/Tutorial   A type of casting in which molten metal is forced into metal molds (dies) by pressures of 1,500 to 25,000 pounds per square inch and held under this high pressure while the metal solidifies. Fine sections and detail are produced in the finished product because of the use of high pressure and metal molds.
