Position: Business Plan Competition Co-chairs needed. The volunteer BPC co-chair position is a great way to connect with the players in the Seattle entrepreneurial community. BPC co-chairs plan and organize large networking events in conjuction with SEBA, organize and oversee mentor coaching office hours program, assist with the three live rounds of the BPC and awards dinner—plus much more! Interested MBAs should send a letter of interest and resume via e-mail to Amy Sallin by October 16.
MBAs won’t want to miss out on the 2-credit Innovation Practicums from the Buerk Center. The Health Innovation Practicum will feature some fantastic speakers showcasing Seattle-based innovations in health. Interested? E-mail Terri Butler and visit hic.washington.edu for more info. The Alaska Airlines Environmental Innovation Practicum offers the opportunity for students work on cross-disciplinary teams dedicated to impacting the environment through innovation. BCG Workshop Friday, October 13, 4:00pm-6:00pm, PACCAR 393 The BCG Workshop will describe the role of the BCG consultant, work style and style of interview. Following this overview, there will be small group practice sessions. BCG will bring sample case questions. This is a great opportunity to better understand case interviewing at BCG.
