Emily's goal as President is to help fellow classmates establish strong connections within the entrepreneurial and VC communities at UW and in the greater Seattle community and gain access to valuable resources. Prior to joining the Foster MBA program, Emily worked at a boutique wealth management firm in downtown Seattle providing client services and investment support. Emily earned her BA in Psychology from Whitman College and spent this past summer interning at a local mobile technology startup. At Foster, she is focusing her studies in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and has a particular interest in working in the health and fitness industry after graduation. Emily enjoys hiking, CrossFit, going to Farmer's markets, and hearing about businesses that people want to start!
