Want to know what Marketing electives to take based on your career ambitions?  Your wait is over.  Here is a quick reference guide to what electives you can take to be prepared for the wide variety of Marketing careers.  

Fall Quarter: Get to Know Marketing
Speakers and events in the Fall will introduce you to different marketing functions (such as product management, brand management and market research) and give you opportunities to network with 2nd year students and professional marketers in the Seattle area.
 
Winter Quarter: Get a Marketing Job/Internship
Winter Quarter we'll have a series of events geared toward helping you land that marketing internship, including interviewing and elevator pitch skills (in conjunction with the Business Career Center), networking events at local businesses, and 2nd year student internship panels.
 
Spring Quarter: Get Marketing Expertise
By now you will have taken a few marketing classes and (hopefully) you will have landed that summer internship! Spring quarter will bring a number of events to help you gain specific marketing expertise in things like social media marketing and advertising. The Marketing Association is also planning to partner with the PSAMA to bring our students to their yearly conference that happens every Spring.
