Eric Shuai, Chairman of the Board

Eric is a marketing professional with five years of experience working at digital advertising agencies to develop, implement, manage and analyze large scale digital marketing campaigns on multiple digital platforms.  Over this time, Eric has worked on campaigns for the Visa, Flip Video and Old Navy clients on a wide variety of marketing objectives.  After the MBA program, Eric plans on pursuing a career within Product or Marketing Management.

Jesse Thompson, Exec. Board Member

Jesse has 6 years of experience working in marketing for the entertainment industry.  After graduating from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in business, Jesse moved to Los Angeles where he worked on a variety of TV and film projects.  Now focused on high tech, Jesse plans to continue working in marketing after completing his MBA.

Jenny Woodbury, Exec. Board Member

Jenny graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Marketing. Prior to attending Foster, Jenny started her career at Best Buy Corporate as a demand planner in product categories such as laptops, netbooks, and digital cameras.  In her role, she worked with many leading consumer electronics manufacturers and was inspired to change the focus in her career to one building the initial marketing strategy of a product or service.  Jenny is pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in marketing to build a career in product management in the technology industry.

Sita Dontharaju, Exec. Board Member & Treasurer

Sita is wannabe marketing professional and comes with software and tech background. As a software consultant, she devised and developed software products and solutions for multiple clients across industries. She finds working for FMA as a great way of pursuing her new found passion for marketing! After MBA, Sita looks forward to engage in Product Management/Marketing in a tech company.

Sara Buzak, Exec. Board Member

Prior to the Foster MBA, Sara worked for a start-up non-profit, the Mentee Educational Foundation. As the marketing coordinator, she managed the design of the website to reflect the organization’s educational goals and to facilitate interest and donations. She has taught science and math to high school and college students. Sara earned her Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Tufts University and her Master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Washington. While at Foster, Sara is pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in marketing and business development with the goal of working in a marketing strategy or product management role. 

Lauren Neerman, Evening Exec. Board Member

Lauren has experience in event marketing; planning and organizing event logistics at Microsoft that showcase new and upcoming technology platforms. Prior to this, she earned her undergraduate business degree from Pepperdine University and worked in the sales department for a large international television company in Los Angeles. After completing her MBA, Lauren plans to work in marketing strategy or product/brand management.

Justin Holzworth, 1st Year Representative

Prior to joining the Foster MBA program, Justin was an account manager for DNA Seattle, one of Seattle's fastest growing full-service advertising agencies. As an account manager, Justin tackled a wide-variety of responsibilities including roles in brand planning and social media strategy. After getting his MBA, Justin plans to pursue a product management position.
