GRE:  We highly recommend taking the GRE test by August  to avoid any delays in score reporting.  We will accept score reports to December 1.  The Subject test is not required.

TOEFL:  If English is not your native language, you must submit TOEFL scores in addition to the GRE.  Minimum TOEFLiBT score is 92.  The UW institution code is 4854; you do not need a department code. 

All test scores must be reported no later than December 1. Incomplete files will not be reviewed by the admissions committee.

If selected by MCB for a recruitment visit, you must be available to travel to Seattle in January or February. You will be responsible for your airfare to the U.S.
