Research

Research Summary:

Our research focuses on normal cell cycle control in mammalian cells, and how loss of this regulation contributes to tumorigenesis. Protein phosphorylation and the ubiquitin-proteasome system are among our major areas of study. We use a wide array of approached from biochemistry to knockin mutations in human cells and mice.
