Research

Research Summary:

Our research involves the cell cycle and the ubiquitin-proteasome system, and my interests include normal biology, tumorigenesis, and translational studies.  In general, we try to address complex pathways with a broad range of approaches, including gene targeting in human cells and mice, biochemistry, proteomics, and high throughput screening.  My clinical practice is largely restricted to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
