Research

Research Summary:

Dr. Eisenman is interested in the structure, function and oncogenic activation of nuclear oncogenes, with a special focus on the Myc network of oncogenic transcription factors. The lab used the tools of mouse and Drosophila genetics as well as protein biochemistry to elucidate the mechanisms through which proteins in the Myc network influence normal and neoplastic cell behavior.
