Research Summary: 

I'm primarily focused on developing gene therapeutics for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. One aspect of my research is to screen iterations of our constructs in order to improve their therapeutic value. In addition, I am optimizing preparation and delivery of viral-mediated gene therapy.
