Policies and procedures for the usage of Meany Hall for the Performing Arts shall be reviewed, at minimum, every five
years. It is understood that circumstances may arise which require a review of policies and/or procedures prior to the
five-year cycle, and such review will be conducted in a timely manner. The policy committee will be comprised of the
Director of Facilities and Operations of Meany Hall for the Performing Arts, the Divisional Dean of Arts & Humanities in
the College of Arts & Sciences, and representatives from the UW Department of Dance, the UW School of Drama, the UW
School of Music, the Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media, and the UW World Series.
