We will send off the fourth-year students in style as they finish the Capstone course and launch into their residencies. The students and their families are invited to attend this informal event in their honor.

The Clinical Transition Ceremony honors second-year medical students as they enter the clinical phase of their medical training. During the ceremony, these students (including those from the WWAMI sites outside Seattle ) will be presented with their white coats by Dean Paul G. Ramsey, M.D. and the students' faculty mentors.

As a student representative, you are the primary contact between your class and the UW Medicine Alumni Association. Class representatives are invited to attend the spring board meeting and medical alumni events. You are also the liaison between your class and the Medical Alumni Office.
