Welcome!
Welcome to the web site for the third year medicine clerkship!
This Web site is intended for three purposes:
- As a companion to the core curriculum for WWAMI students and those who miss core lectures.
- As an interactive way to learn the material and review for the test.
- To view site assignments, where to report on day one and all required clerkship information.
It provides interactive material based on and parallel to the main curriculum that is presented:
- in the "Guide to Internal Medicine."
- in the 12-week lecture series in Seattle.
- in the 4-week ambulatory curriculum at the Seattle ambulatory sites.
We have added questions and EKGs, X-rays, photographs, etc. where appropriate to make it more fun and allow you to practice interpreting clinical material, something that is difficult to do in the syllabus.
The interactive elements are designed to give you a chance to consider your approach and commit yourself before viewing the author's approach or answers.
