SIMPLE Virtual Patient Cases
Completion of 12 virtual patient cases is required for the medicine clerkship. Each case takes approximately 45 minutes. Your outpatient or WWAMI rotation may be a good time to focus on these cases.
Students:
- Registration is required to begin working on the cases.
- Note: If you have completed your Pediatrics clerkship, your login for SIMPLE will be the same as your login for the CLIPP cases.
- Note: If you have completed your Pediatrics clerkship, your login for SIMPLE will be the same as your login for the CLIPP cases.
- If you are already registered, you can go directly to the cases.

Please pick at least 12 of these cases. If you want to do additional cases, please do so! When given a choice between 2 cases (e.g. #5. Altered mental status), you should choose one.
