Review Orientation packet and complete post-test at least two weeks prior to start date. Post-test and Medical student application must be signed and mailed to Central WA Hospital at least two weeks prior to start date. Student should contact Xiomara Villa, xvilla@wvmedical.com two weeks prior to confirm arrival date/time, make arrangements to pick up keys for apartment and find out where to report on day one.

DESCRIPTION OF HOUSING: One bedroom apartment per student.
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN APARTMENT/DORMITORY? They have access to washer/dryer. Sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, microwave, iron and ironing board are provided.
WHAT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE STUDENT BRING? A phone card - as we do not provide, long distance calls for students.
TRANSPORTATION: Students will need a vehicle. Central Washington Hospital is two miles from the apartment and Wenatchee Valley Medical Clinic.
PARKING FACILITIES? Parking is provided next to the apartment complex at 730 N Emerson, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
WILL STUDENT RECEIVE ADDITIONAL NOTIFICATION OR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING HOUSING BEFORE BEGINNING CLERKSHIP? Yes, we will send a letter and then give them a copy of Apartment rules upon arrival.
CAN FAMILIES BE ACCOMODATED IN HOUSING?
STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE: There will be no exceptions made to the above housing arrangements. If you have any problems with these arrangements, please contact the Academic Affairs Office.
