UWMC Fund for Greatest Need*

Supports patient-care programs and other activities that contribute toward UWMC’s mission of delivering world-class patient care, training, and research.

Nursing/Caregiver Recognition Fund

Allows the hospital to recognize nurses who go above and beyond in their care for patients and help them pursue further education — which in turn enhances patient care.

Social Work Emergency Fund

Allows the UWMC Social Work Department to provide support to patients and families in times of crisis.

Eisenbach Fund for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

To support activities of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which takes care of fragile premature babies.

Palliative Care Enhancement Fund

For the creation and support of a Palliative Care Consultative Service, an interdisciplinary program that provides services to patients and families dealing with terminal illness.
